Project Events – E-book of Traditional Food Recipe  

We designed an e-book consisting of the local dishes of 6 different countries (Portugal - Italy - Turkey - Romania - North Macedonia and Bulgaria). In this book, which we obtained by working in collaboration with various countries, we aimed to both introduce our own food culture and learn recipes from different cultures. We found it appropriate to design our cookbook, one of the outputs of our project, in the form of an e-book in order to enable collaborative work and to avoid wasting paper.
