Sunday, 12th February  -- In the first Cultural trip we discovered the Putignano Carnival, a vibrant and colorful celebration of Puglian culture and traditions. Putignano Carnival is one of the oldest and most famous carnivals in Italy. It is known for its extravagant parades, floats, and costumes, which often feature political and social satire. In the afternoon we continued our trip with UNESCO World Heritage site, Alberobello. Alberobello is a charming and unique destination,traditional way of life in Puglia. It is famous for its unique and picturesque architecture, known as "trulli".

Monday, 13th February -- Guests were received at the IIS Bernalda Ferrandina with songs and dances by a local folk group ”Uggiano Ferrandinese”. The mayor of Ferrandina received the partner countries and welcomed them into the small town. Then the principal of the school,  mr Giosuè Ferruzzi had a welcome speech. After the performance of the folk group, the various teams, in their typical clothes, danced together . Then the presentation of typical clothes begun. After this, they presented the cards related to typical clothes for 'the cultural values board game'. After the lunch at school, the group moved to the municipy of Ferrandina .Soon after, a cultural visit to historical center of Ferrandina was organized: Italian students guided the teams discovering the Mother Church, the Museum of Rural Civilization, “Torre San Domenico” and Mafe Museum.The tour closed at “Santa Chiara room” with music and dance performed by a traditional group folk “Tuppetupp” from the close town Pomarico.

Tuesday, 14th February -- In the second Cultural trip we discovered another UNESCO heritage site, the fascinating  MATERA famous for its ancient cave dwellings, known as "Sassi," which have been carved out of limestone cliffs. A guided tour took us to the discover of a rich history, with evidence of human settlement dating back to the Paleolithic era. He explained how the Sassi were inhabited continuously from prehistoric times until the 1950s, when the government forcibly relocated residents to new housing.  In the afternoon we continued our trip with the visit of Ridola Museum and “Palazzo Lanfranchi”, followed by a little free time across the city

Wednesday, 15th February -- On the fourth day we discovered old traditional clothes: the “Museo della Pacchianella” in the little town of Pisticci (Matera). Then we moved to the school site in Bernalda. A shooting of the video with traditional clothes was realized in the hall of the school. Students were involved in a nice workshop “Let’s paint our clothes”. They painted images of traditional clothes of the different countries to deliver at the end of the activities. During this time teachers had an meeting to evaluate the activities and to establish the tasks for the next mobility. the certificates ceremony the activities were closed. In the evening a final carnival party for students and teachers was organized.
