ROMANIA MOBIILITY
NOVEMBER 0F 29-30-01-02 /2022

Tuesday, 29th November Guests were received at the Technical College of Food Industry Suceava according to the old but still ongoing tradition. Then the principal of the school, Mrs. Tatiana Hladiuc had a welcome speech, wishing all participants to have good activities in these four days. She presented the school and the Romanian team. After this, non-formal games for knowing each other, ice-breaking games, team building games started. The games were led by the English Language teacher Mrs. Monica Lepcaliuc, and brought fun to all participants. After a short break, the presentation of customs and traditions which are forgotten and still ongoing begun. After each country presentation took place also the presentation of the cards related to customs and traditions which are forgotten and still ongoing for 'the cultural values board game'.After the lunch, cultural Visit to Suceava Fortress and Traditional Houses Museum was organized.

Wednesday 30th November In the first Cultural trip we discovered old customs and traditions like the Egg Museum Vama – where the old custom of painting the Easter eggs is transformed into art. The Wood Museum Campulung Moldovenesc presented the importance of the forests wood in the peoples lifes from the very beginning, also the traditions and the customs related to wood in the Bucovina areas. We continued our trip with UNESCO heritage: VoroneÈ› Monastery, Humor Monastery, 500 years old monasteries that are painted inside and outside with religious scenes, and they have still the original paintings on the walls.

Thursday, 1st December On the third day we countinued with our cultural trip -discovering old customs and traditions: black ceramic workshop in Marginea – an unique type of ceramic that is here produced from old times and this custom is still ongoing beeing transmited from generation to generation, UNESCO heritage - SuceviÈ›a Monastery – a masterpiece of medieval architecture, Palma Monument – with a beautiful winter scenary, and the last UNESCO heritage - MoldoviÈ›a Monastery – another famous medieval monastery.We come back with beautiful scenaries from Bucovina.

Friday 2nd December Pupils made decorations for the Christmas Tree, like it was done in the past times without buying decorations.And then They carried out the tradition of decorating pine trees. During this time teachers had an meeting for establishing the tasks for the next mobility. Also during this meeting it took place a presentation of the Facebook page of the Project and the E-twinning page of the Project. Evaluation of the activities was done - getting feedback from the students through questionaires, Google forms.Romanian customs and traditions which are forgotten and still ongoing: carols and other old traditions for Christmas was presented by Romanian students and another guests: malanca from Mihoveni, an old band that keeps the New Years Eve tradition alive. The activities were closed with the Certificates Ceremony.
